According to Faith in New York organizer, “As we approach the three year anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, we still have survivors fighting to rebuild after the storm. The receding waters of Sandy exposed the great socio-economic disparities of some of our most vulnerable communities- communities who are in need of environmental justice, affordable housing, and living wage employment, among other pressing community issues.”
